Vijay Foundation’s mission is to empower individuals and communities through accessible education, legal awareness, and holistic support. The foundation runs free literacy centres equipped with books, stationery, and vocational training in areas such as beauty, computers, arts, and soft skills to build sustainable livelihoods.

Legal awareness programs, often delivered in partnership with the District Legal Services Authority, offer free counselling on consumer rights, RTI, POCSO, POSH, disability rights (CRPD), and other entitlements, making justice more reachable for the poor as envisioned by the Constitution. Environmental interventions include tree plantation drives, “Say No to Plastic” campaigns in schools, sanitation projects, toilet construction, and participation in the Green Delhi Mission to encourage sustainable urban living.
To advance gender equality, the foundation conducts women’s skill-building (self-defence, stitching, health) and wellness workshops on issues such as menstrual hygiene, along with sensitization seminars on domestic violence, dowry abuse, and workplace harassment. Socio-economic relief work includes COVID-19 ration distributions, health and nutrition camps, anti-drug street plays, and support for senior citizens, creating a safety net for vulnerable communities.
