Vijay Foundation’s future strategy is to deepen impact while scaling our work in a sustainable, values‑driven way. Our roadmap focuses on expanding what already works and using technology and partnerships to reach more people.

• More literacy and vocational centres in additional urban and semi‑urban areas to support children, youth and women with education and employable skills.

• Nationwide rollout of POSH and POCSO awareness through CSR collaborations, judicial partnerships and digital platforms.

• Stronger disability employment advocacy by engaging with policymakers, employers and disability‑rights organisations.

• Broader sanitation and environmental projects including toilet construction, waste management and large‑scale cleanliness campaigns.

• Technology‑enabled legal aid, such as digital and AI‑assisted helplines, to provide timely guidance on rights and remedies to people who cannot easily access lawyers.
