Vijay Foundation follows a robust governance framework aligned with legal and ethical standards for public charitable trusts. Strategic oversight is provided by the Board of Trustees, supported by legal advisors, subject-matter experts, and program coordinators.

All major programs are designed based on need assessments, implemented in partnership with institutions, and reviewed through outcome-based evaluations. The organization maintains detailed records of activities, beneficiaries, and expenditures to comply with Income Tax laws, CSR norms, and NITI Aayog reporting requirements.

A strict zero administrative overhead policy ensures that donations are utilized solely for program implementation rather than general operating expenses.
