HRRL SMAVESH 2025 – POSH Session On 1st Sept 2025, Vijay Foundation organized a 6-hour POSH & gender sensitivity workshop at Village Sajiyali Roopji, Kanthwada & Sambhra, Tehsil Pachpadra, Rajasthan. Conducted by Adv. Mamta Singh Shukla (Supreme Court of India), the session trained 200 new employees on workplace safety, respect, and inclusivity. The initiative was highly appreciated, reinforcing Vijay Foundation’s commitment to safe and equitable work environments.

Vijay Vision Award distribution ceremony was held at Godavri Auditorium, Lodi Road, New Delhi . On account of indisposition, Padma Shri Jawahar Lal Kaul was unable to attend the function. Therefore,Founder Trustee Mamta Shukla along with Sh Amitabh Shukla (Accountant Member ITAT) presented him with VIJAY VISION AWARD at AICB ( ALL INDIA CONFEDERATION OF BLIND) Sector5, Rohini, Delhi, (27-07-2025)
